A. While Integres accepts freight shipments of any size and weight, you can typically
save up to 50% on freight shipments greater than 100 pounds.

For freight quotes and booking requests, Customer Care Representatives
are available 24-hours-a-day Monday through Friday and on Saturday from

A. Shipping with Integres is easy. Simply complete the online registration,
or contact our Customer Care Center at 1-866-445-7447. After you register,
you can begin shipping airfreight immediately using any major credit card or by applying
for a credit account with us.

Q. How do I book an expedited freight shipment
with Integres?
A. After completing the registration process, you can easily make heavy freight shipment
arrangements online at Integres.com or by calling an Integres Customer
Care Representative at 1-866-445-7447. To book a heavy freight shipment online, simply
enter your username and password to access the system. You can then request
freight shipment quotes, book freight shipments, and track in-transit freight shipments.

Q. How do I track my expedited freight shipments?
A. The Integres system is very user-friendly, allowing you to easily and
conveniently track your expedited freight shipments online or by contacting our Customer
Care Center at 1-866-445-7447. Track all of your expedited freight shipments online, maintaining
freight shipment visibility throughout shipment transit. You can also elect to
automatically receive and send other parties up to five status messages
throughout the freight shipment process. Status messages begin with freight shipment pickup
and continue through freight shipment proof of delivery.

Q. Can I create expedited freight shipment
reports?
A. It is very easy to view and print both freight shipment summary and freight shipment
detail reports. You can choose to view and print shipment summary and
detail reports for the previous month and the current month-to-date by
accessing the Reports tab after loggin in.

Q. What happens if my
expedited freight shipment is lost or damaged?
A. Representatives will work with you to ensure satisfactory resolution
of your claim. To initiate the claims process, complete a Preliminary
Notice of Claim form and return it by fax to Integres at 1-800-460-5074.
The form can be accessed by selecting the Utilities tab after logging
in.
