  This freight service enables the delivery agent to collect payment from the recipient when the shipment is delivered.

  Insurance

  This option provides freight insurance coverage for a specified amount set as a value of the goods shipped and covered as an insurable amount. All insurance amounts must be indicated at time of booking.

  Assembly Distribution Services

  For assemblies, this service provides multiple shipment pickups on a single House Airway Bill for delivery to a single consignee. For distributions, this service provides a single shipment pickup on a single House Airway Bill for shipment delivery to multiple consignees.

  Shippers' Export Declaration

  A Shipper's Export Declaration (SED) is used by the US Bureau of the Census to compile the official US export statistics and for export control purposes. A SED is required for certain export shipments from the US, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Integres will file the SED on your behalf if you so choose.

  Charter Services

  This air expedited freight service provides the one-time, exclusive use of an aircraft.

Advance Freight Arrangements

• Temperature Controlled Shipping
  This service provides efficient handling procedures to ensure freight shipments arrive fresh. The freight shipment must be appropriately labeled, indicating temperature control constraints.

  Perishables Shipping

  This service provides efficient handling procedures to ensure freight shipments arrive fresh.

  Hazardous Material Shipping

  This service provides special handling for articles or substances that are capable of posing a significant risk to health, safety, or the environment, and are classified according to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations or 49 Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR). The following materials are examples of dangerous goods that must be declared at the time of booking:

  • Oil-based paint and thinners (flammable liquids)
  • Industrial solvents
  • Insecticides, garden chemicals (fertilizers, poisons)
  • Lithium batteries (Does not include batteries in cameras)
  • Magnetized metals
  • Machinery (chain saws, outboard engines containing fuel)
  • Fuel for camp stoves, lanterns, or heating elements
  • Automobile batteries
  • Infectious substances
  • Bleach
  • Any compound, liquid, or gas that has toxic characteristics
  • Flammable adhesives
  • Perfume
  • Alcohol

  Oversize Shipping

  This service provides special handling for freight shipments that cannot be accommodated on a narrow-body aircraft.

Pickup/Delivery Freight Services

• Saturday/Sunday
  This freight service provides weekend freight pickup and delivery services in selected locations.

  Beyond Common Area

  This freight service provides both pickup and delivery outside the immediate metropolitan area in which the airport is located.

  Holiday

  This freight service provides Holiday pickup and delivery to selected locations.

  Before 8:00 AM

  This freight service provides shipment pickup or delivery before 8:00 AM on weekdays.

  After 5:00 PM

  This freight service provides shipment pickup or delivery after 5:00 PM on weekdays.

  Appointment

  This freight service provides pickup or delivery at a specific, prearranged time.

  Two Man

  This freight service provides a two-man team to pickup or deliver an expidited freight shipment. Use this freight service for shipments in excess of 100 pounds per piece to a location with no dock or receiving area for truck traffic or when the pickup or delivery location requires a specific floor location other then the main or first floor.

  Liftgate Truck

  This freight service provides a liftgate truck. Use this service when a freight shipment consists of either overweight or oversized freight picked up from or delivered to locations with limited loading or unloading capabilities or when there is no standard truck high dock facility.

  Inside

  This option provides freight pickup from or delivery to a position beyond the adjacent loading area or outside entrance of a building. The adjacent loading area is defined as a delivery site directly accessible from the curb and no more than 50 feet inside the outermost door.

  Residential Shipping

  This option provides freight pickup from or delivery to a residence.

  Hospital Shipping

  This option provides freight pickup from or delivery to a hospital.

  Military Base Shipping

  This option provides freight pickup from or delivery to a military base.

  Exhibition Shipping

  This option provides freight pickup from or delivery to conventions, trade shows, exhibit halls, and hotels with events requiring materials for exhibit or display materials. This includes all shipments with booth indications, contact information for display material locations in a specific hall or building with convention services, or a location indicating meeting or convention services.
