LYNN FRITZ NAMED TO INTEGRES BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Newest Member Is Founder Of Fritz Institute and Former Chairman and CEO of Fritz Companies

Rancho Cordova, Calif. (June 18, 2002)—Integres today named Lynn C. Fritz, founder of Fritz Institute and former chairman and CEO of Fritz Companies, to its board of directors.

A strong believer in the role of education, technology and best practices in the logistics industry, Lynn Fritz is the founder of the Fritz Institute dedicated to mobilizing disaster management expertise.

Fritz was the chairman and CEO of the Fritz Companies Inc. until May 2001 when it was acquired by UPS. Under his leadership, Fritz Companies was transformed from a family owned domestic documentation company to a global organization of 10,000 employees in 120 countries. The company achieved Fortune 1000 ranking in 1997. His enduring contribution was to redefine a fragmented and limited services industry.

A native of San Francisco, Fritz serves on the boards of directors of Manugistics Group Inc. and of the University of California, Davis' Department of Viticulture and Enology, as well as the board of regents of Pepperdine University. Fritz serves as co-chair of the World Economic Forum's Disaster Response Network and chairs the Crossroads Supply Chain Forum.

He received his B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Lincoln University School of Law. In recognition of his outstanding leadership and community service, in 1995 he was honored with a Doctor of Laws degree by Pepperdine University.
