September 17, 2003 INTEGRES ACQUIRES KEY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES Rancho Cordova, CA (September 17, 2003) - Integres Global Logistics announced today it has acquired Key Transportation Services, a non-asset based airfreight forwarder. With offices in Dallas and Chicago, Key will extend Integres' local presence and expertise in these locations and throughout the Midwest. This acquisition also enables both companies to realize additional savings for its customers by leveraging their individual and joint buying power in specific markets.
