Shipping Freight Claims

Thank you for choosing Integres for your shipping needs. We are committed to providing you with the best shipping experience possible; however on rare occasions, your shipment may result in a loss or damage due to extreme circumstances. In this instance, please print out the Integres Claim Form. Complete this form, and fax it to 1-800-460-5074. Please refer to the Integres Terms & Conditions for specific claim requirements.

Shipping Freight Claims Information

The claimant must file a claim in writing for each individual shipment and must prove or substantiate the following:

  • The shipment was complete and the freight was in an undamaged condition at time of tender to the carrier.
  • The shipment was delivered damaged to destination or in route, or freight was not delivered at all to the destination.
  • The freight was lost or damaged while in the possession and control of the carrier (Integres).
  • The claimant must establish the amount of the monetary loss.
  • The claimant must prove the damage or loss was the sole responsibility of the carrier (Integres).
  • The claim must be signed by the claimant.

Shipping Freight Cancellation Policy

Bookings requested after 2 PM local time might not be picked up on the same day. If the requested delivery date and time cannot be met, a customer care representative will contact you to make alternative shipping arrangements.

Tracking information can be accessed through My Shipments and is available starting with freight pickup and continuing through freight delivery.

To change or cancel a booking, please contact a customer care representative at 1-866-445-7447. Any last minute shipping changes or cancellations may incur additional fees if an agent has already been dispatched to pick up the freight.
